The gel is easily injected under the skin and instantly restores volume and smoothes away facial wrinkles and folds, such as “smile lines” or “parentheses”, the creases that run from the bottom of the nose to the corners of the mouth.

Sculptra®
Sculptra® cosmetic filler reduces deep wrinkles, lines and furrows around the mouth, eyes, cheeks, lips and neck with a safe, biocompatible, fat volume substitute. Sculptra® can produce semi-permanent results, adding a fresher, more youthful appearance to skin.

Over the past decade, Sculptra® has been used internationally in more than 30 countries and approximately 150,000 patients. Achieving incredible results, it is nicknamed the "liquid face lift".

This non-invasive treatment corrects the deepest of creases and wrinkles with long-term results. Sculptra® uses a biodegradable material called poly-L-lactic acid and is injected using a fine needle. Results are gradual and, depending on the level of improvement desired and the severity of the problem, three to five monthly treatments may be required. Restylane® has been proven to last longer than collagen injections because it maintains its shape using the body's own moisture.

Perlane®
Perlane® is a cosmetic dermal filler that is used to soften facial wrinkles and folds. It is popular for the purpose of lip augmentation, facial depressions and scarring.

Perlane® is made from non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid gel. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the skin and serves as a supplement to the body's natural supply, which becomes depleted with age. Perlane® is biodegradable, so its effects are not permanent. The results of a Perlane® filler treatment tend to last between six months to one year.

Perlane® does not numb the face and may be used in conjunction with BOTOX®, which neutralizes the muscles that create wrinkles. However, Perlane® simply reduces the visibility of wrinkles and folds.

ArteFill®
ArteFill® is an injectable filler that has been used throughout Europe and Canada for more than a decade for the treatment of nasolabial folds, the deep lines that run from the side of the nose to the corner of the mouth.

ArteFill® has recently received FDA approval for treatment of nasolabial folds. Unlike other popular fillers, ArteFill® is not absorbed by the body; that means is can provide permanent support for wrinkle correction.

ArteFill® is a combination of Collagen and the permanent, acrylic-based filler polymethyl methacrylate, or PMMA. As the collagen portion of ArteFill® fades with time, the ArteFill® PMMA microspheres stimulate collagen production by the skin and become encapsulated by the patient's own collagen fibers.

ArteFill® results are similar to those obtained by temporary fillers like Restylane®, Juvederm® and Radiesse®. Typically, it takes 2-3 treatment sessions, 3-4 months apart, for ArteFill® to achieve lasting correction.

EVOLENCE®
EVOLENCE® is a dermal filler that replaces collagen that is lost over time with a natural collagen. Because its advanced collagen has been naturally cross-linked, it mimics the skin’s own 3-dimensional structure. Silikon 1000® is a microdroplet silicone injection used to permanently rebuild tissue in desired areas by stimulating the body’s own collagen production. Used for decades, liquid silicone oil can be used to fill several types of wrinkles, scars and facial contours. Silikon 1000® provides a particularly beautiful augmentation for the lips.

The silicone oil in Silikon 1000® is a key ingredient in makeup, conditioners and skin care products as well as a medical lubricant for needles and syringes. With its long history of safety and a sterile, medical-grade composition, Silikon 1000® is a dermal filler used in most areas of the face.

The microdroplet technique of Silikon 1000® involves the injection of several small drops of sterile silicone oil into several points of the desired area. When injected, the liquid silicone remains chemically unaltered and is subsequently surrounded by a collagen capsule produced by the patient’s skin. Treatments are typically performed monthly to allow for the collagen in the skin to rebuild, resulting in a natural appearance. The number of treatments varies depending on the number of desired sites and the extent of augmentation needed.

Silikon 1000® is often a less painful treatment than other dermal fillers and patients usually resume their daily activity, without restrictions, immediately. Like other lip enhancement treatments, a dental block is offered for comfort and may involve some post-treatment swelling and numbness. These minimal, post-treatment symptoms subside within minutes to an hour.
